Identification is only required to enable NTS to apply for your Unique Student Identifier. Provide details of as many forms of ID as possible. Alternatively, complete the OPIE USI form so we can apply for your USI number on your behalf. (Please find the attached form in this application).
* Duration for domestic student will be subject to change. | PAYMENT METHOD IS DEFINED IN THE LAST PAGE OF THIS APPLCAITION. 1 Students are entitled to 3 assessment attempts for each unit. If the student is unsuccessful after 3 assessment attempts they will be required to repeat the unit and pay the repeat unit fee. Students found to have cheated or plagiarised work will not be entitled to re-sit assessments, instead they will be required to repeat the unit and pay the repeat unit fee.
